Matthew Robb LPC, CCSP, Founder.
Screen Addiction, Anxiety, and AD/HD Specialist.
Matt earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Brenau University and combines evidence-based treatment approaches with real-life understanding and relatability. With thousands of hours of clinical experience, he has worked with adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of challenges.
Known for his warm and down-to-earth personality, Matt quickly builds authentic relationships with his clients. He takes a holistic approach to counseling, focusing not just on the presenting issue, but on the whole person — their story, relationships, strengths, and environment.
His counseling style blends motivational and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help clients better understand the “why” behind their thoughts and behaviors while developing practical tools for lasting change. Matt is passionate about helping people discover strengths they may not even realize they have.
Outside of the therapy office, Matt is a husband, father, and friend who deeply values family, faith, and community — experiences that continue to shape the compassion and perspective he brings to his work every day.
Sarah Candelaria LPC
Women's Specialist
I've seen Women go from meek & mild, to enlightened & empowered! My experience with Women goes all the way from religious abuse survivors, to sex trafficked survivors, to stay-at-home mamas, to corporate professionals, and more! My deep love of all-things-girls guides every thing I do and who I am.
If you can relate to any of the above, I'm your girl. There are some things that you can expect to happen each year, but there are also things that happen that we didn’t expect or see coming at all - things we didn’t plan for. Life can sometimes feel intense and fast-moving, and we can quickly find ourselves off balance, without support. I remind women of exactly who they are, and what they can accomplish! You are worth good things! Feel seen and heard during a session with me, and make a deposit in your overall quality of life. That's something to get excited about!
I support women before/during/after divorce, empty nest syndrome, depression/anxiety, grief and loss, cancer and illness support, including surgical and medical loss, and major life transitions. I specialize in: Feminism, Women’s and girls advocacy, female health and wellness, domestic violence support, body positivity, awareness, confidence and empowerment!
Humanistic, Feministic, Person-centered counseling for Women who want a fresh perspective. If you are curious and hopeful, but don't know where to start and could use support, reach out today to schedule an appointment! It's more fun than you think. We’ve got this.
